Transport infrastructure

We are proud of our transport infrastructure, which guarantees quick efficient access to the rest of the world. Breakfast in Milan, meetings for a few hours in Älmhult, then back to Milan again for dinner in the evening. This is quite possible, thanks to the high accessibility of Älmhult.

We are proud of our transport infrastructure, which guarantees quick efficient access to the rest of the world. Breakfast in Milan, meetings for a few hours in Älmhult, then back to Milan again for dinner in the evening. This is quite possible, thanks to the high accessibility of Älmhult. Älmhult is on the main railway network with over 70 passenger trains stopping here every day. Trains leave almost every hour for Copenhagen. The SJ 2000 train also stops
here several times a day, for travellers, say, who want to go on to Stockholm.

Reach the world – with Copenhagen Airport

Air travellers can use Smaland Airport in Växjö – around one hour’s drive from Älmhult. Copenhagen Airport, which gives access to a huge range of international flights, can also be reached directly from Älmhult within about 1.5 hours.

Älmhult is surrounded by excellent road connections Highway 23 runs from north to south immediately east of Älmhult, while Highway 120 runs east-westerly and joins up with E4.
