Error reporting

In case there is a problem with the service you have ordered (internet, IP-telephony, IP-TV) you should always at first report it to your service provider.

Service provider have to make check tests of his services and equipment and eventually send a technician to you to control the telephony box or TV-box. If the service operator comes to conclusion that everything works as it should, please, make sure that he passes the error report on to our communication operator Zitius.

In case you as a customer know exactly that you are affected by physical error on the fiber cable (it is digged out or damaged in another way) please report this error directly to ElmNet, telephone number 0476-709763
